Collection

Share your memories with us!

At an open day in a barracks, American soldiers and children communicate with each other via a portable telephone.

The collection is the heart of every museum. That is why it is important to us to constantly expand our collection on the history of the Western powers in Berlin and Germany from 1945 to 1994. We would like to ask for your support. Do you have objects, newspapers, documents or photos recalling the presence of the Western powers that you would like to make available to the Allied Museum? Even small, seemingly insignificant mementoes sometimes contain stories that are worth preserving for future generations. After you transfer your personal collector’s items to us, they will be conserved according to museum standards. Your object is in good hands with us.

We are also always on the lookout for interesting contemporary witnesses who are willing to relate their personal experiences with the Western powers on camera.

We thank you for your support and look forward to your personal mementoes and their stories.

Send us your mementoes. You can upload and send PNGs and JPGs up to a total size of 16MB.
