We invite you to participate in a barrier free and lively voyage of discovery: In the former Outpost Theater, the Museum tells the story of Berlin’s occupation from 1945 up to the Airlift.
During the guided tour you will have the opportunity to touch a variety of objects. A relief map illustrates the island status of West Berlin. Uniform emblems, a summer dress from an American clothing drive and historical sound documents make recent history tangible.
The tour of the British Hastings TG 503 Airlift plane on the Museum grounds is a very special experience. Beginning in November 1948, these aircraft mainly flew coal to Berlin.
